Senator Lincoln moved and asked unanimous consent to be shown as a                                  
cosponsor on SENATE BILL NO. 13 "An Act prohibiting                                                 
discrimination in insurance rates based on credit rating or credit                                  
scoring; and providing for an effective date." Without objection, it was                            
so ordered.
